4. EIA and Permit Services

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications, licence payments, and permit services are managed through our dedicated portal at permits.nea.gm. Use of that portal is subject to its own terms and conditions. NEA processes all applications in accordance with the National Environment Management Act (NEMA) 1994 and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2014.
